There have been allegations of extreme mismanagement and nepotism in the oil distribution of Khulna's Jamuna Oil Depot. Traders have reacted angrily, protesting against the government's instructions to deprive ordinary dealers.

They have demanded the distribution of oil through the army or the administration to control the situation. Long wait and extreme uncertainty. This is the scene now in front of Khulna's Jamuna Oil Depot.

The government's instructions were that all pump owners would receive oil within two days. Although Padma and Meghna oil distribution is kept normal, the picture is exactly the opposite in Jamuna Oil. Ordinary traders have to return empty-handed even after coming to Khulna to get oil from Jessore. It has been alleged that oil is being given to influential and special people in a 'VIP' manner, bypassing ordinary dealers from the Jamuna Sales Center.

The pump owners at the field level are in extreme trouble due to not getting oil as per their demand. They are constantly being humiliated by ordinary customers.

Currently, oil is being distributed from Jamuna Sales through the favor of the people. They are getting oil by recognizing faces or by the power of influential people. We, the common people, who have agencies, are not getting oil.

Even if we come to Khulna from Jessore, we are not getting oil. Jamuna is not able to provide what we need according to our needs. If we are at the pump in such a situation, we have to prove ourselves to the common people. Jamuna Sales is providing oil to VIPs in a different way and in a special manner. Businessmen are demanding oil distribution through the army or administration.

General Secretary of Khulna Divisional Trunk Lori Owners Association Sultan Mahmud Pintu said that there is a problem in the distribution of Khulna's Jamuna Oil Depot. According to the decision of the ministry, all pump owners were supposed to get oil in two days. Although the distribution in Padma Meghna is correct, it is not happening in Jamuna.

In this regard, Jamuna Sales AGM Abdul Bakir Satyach avoided saying anything different.
