H.E. the Ambassador Zulqar Nain while attending the Ambiente and Heimtextil fair 2026 recently held in Frankfurt explored the design world meant particularly for the interior decor items ranging from upholstery, home textiles to interior furniture and fabrics.
He discussed with a number of design companies in Europe and the USA, conveyed the spectacular performance of young designers in Bangladesh. Now Bangladeshi designers are more aware of the cross cultural issues, taste and pattern, and colour variations in line seasonal preferences, which make them more capable of meeting clients satisfaction in sustained manners, the Ambassador stressed.
Citing the active and strong presence of the young and experienced designers from Bangladesh into the global market places, the Ambassador encouraged the designers companies to forge institutional partnerships with their Bangladeshi counterparts, and also assured them all possible cooperation if they decide to open their liaison or branch offices in Bangladesh.
