Comfystyle, the fashion and lifestyle brand of Purbani Group, has opened its first flagship outlet at Banani 11 in Dhaka, marking its transition from online retail to a dedicated physical retail presence.
The outlet was inaugurated on October 9, 2026, as the brand embarked on an expansion drive across Bangladesh, with plans to explore international markets in the future.
Backed by Purbani Group’s 53 years of experience in the textile and apparel industry, Comfystyle offers contemporary clothing that combines style, comfort and quality. Launched three and a half years ago, the brand has established its presence through online sales and Unimart.
The opening ceremony was attended by Purbani Group Chairman Abdul Hai Sarker, Managing Director Shafiqul Islam Sarker Sohel, Comfystyle founder and Purbani Group Director Sharmin Hai, and Director Zakaria H Sarker Farhan, along with other guests and company representatives.
Prominent business leaders attending the event included Ha-Meem Group Chairman A K Azad, Square Pharmaceuticals Managing Director Tapan Chowdhury, Akij Resources Chairman Faria Hossain and Akij Resources Managing Director Sheikh Jasim Uddin.
Speaking at the ceremony, Abdul Hai Sarker described the opening as an important milestone for both Comfystyle and Purbani Group.
“Our vision is to build a fashion and lifestyle brand that brings together quality, comfort and contemporary design while delivering a meaningful customer experience. We look forward to expanding our presence across Bangladesh and eventually reaching international markets,” he said.
Sharmin Hai said the new outlet reflected the brand’s commitment to expanding its retail footprint and bringing its collections closer to customers.
Drawing on Purbani Group’s industry expertise, Comfystyle aims to establish itself as a contemporary Bangladeshi fashion and lifestyle brand, with ambitions to expand beyond the domestic market while maintaining its focus on quality and customer experience.
