A Strategic Conclave of Dutch-Bangla Bank for the Khulna Region was held at a local hotel in Khulna on November 06, 2026, in hybrid format to formulate business strategies for the branches and to strengthen customer service excellence.
Mr. Md. Ahteshamul Haque Khan, Managing Director & CEO of Dutch-Bangla Bank, attended the program as the Chief Guest. In his speech, the Managing Director & CEO said, “DBBL has undertaken various strategies to become the Best Financial Solution Partner- the Trusted Partner for its customers.” He highlighted several strategic priorities, including a client-caring mentality, to ensure service excellence.
The Branch Managers of Khulna Region presented their respective strategies in the conclave and assured the management that they would achieve their business targets through excellent customer service. The senior management team also shared their insights and provided guidance on improving customer service and achieving business targets.
Officials of branches & sub-branches, Regional Heads of Rocket & Agent Banking and ADC Supervisors of the regions also participated in the conclave online.
