DNCC Administrator Md. Shafiqul Islam Khan visited various areas under the jurisdiction of Dhaka North City Corporation in a mini bus with all the department heads of Dhaka North City Corporation.

The Administrator, along with the department heads, inspected various development projects including Uttara Center, Diabari Metrorail, Miyako Forest of Uttar City Corporation, Cantonment area, Mirpur-12 Pallabi, Kalshi, ECB Chattar, Banani, Kakli, Mohakhali, in front of the Prime Minister's Office, Farmgate, Kawran Bazar, Bangla Motor, Hotel Sonargaon area, Asadgate, Manik Mia Avenue and Sangsad Bhaban area.
During the inspection, the Administrator inspected various development projects including cleanliness activities of Uttara Metrorail, Diabari Canal, Miyako Forest, Uttara Center Point Nursery Forest, Sangsad Bhaban area, tree plantation plan and implementation method under Metrorail and Elevate Express line and gave instructions for the speedy implementation of these projects.
During the inspection, the Administrator expressed dissatisfaction with the garbage scattered in different places and advised the people to build a clean Dhaka city through awareness.
At this time, the Administrator advised the people to be aware of waste management, tree plantation and cleanliness drive, as well as to operate mobile courts.
During the inspection, the Administrator emphasized on building a Green Dhaka by planting trees in the vacant areas under the jurisdiction of DNCC and gave instructions to the head of the concerned environment department.
The Administrator instructed to form separate teams to solve problems in different areas of Dhaka North City Corporation and to solve them quickly through the teams.
DNCC Chief Executive Officer Muhammad Asaduzzaman, Chief Waste Officer Commodore Mohammad Humayun Kabir, Chief Engineer Brigadier General Syed Rakibul Hasan, Chief Health Officer Brigadier General Imrul Kayes Chowdhury, Chief Property Officer Mohammad Shawkat Osman, Administrator PS Mohammad Abdullah, Chief Urban Planner SM Shafiqur Rahman, Public Relations Officer Md. Zakir Hossain and Superintending Engineer Mohammad Abul Kashem along with department heads were present during the inspection.
