Two two-lane service bridges, each 3.71 kilometres long, under the Dhaka-Ashulia Elevated Expressway project will be opened to traffic on Wednesday, September 2, 2026.
The opening ceremony will be held at 10:00am on Dhour Bridge. Sheikh Rabiul Alam MP, Minister for Road Transport and Bridges, Railways, and Shipping, will attend the event as the chief guest.
The bridges, connecting Dhour intersection with Ashulia, are expected to improve traffic movement and connectivity along the route.
