A motivational training program was held on Monday, organised by the Feni Sales Team of Sonali Life Insurance Company Limited. The programme was initiated by the company’s Deputy Managing Director, Anwar Hossain, with the main goal of improving the skills, professional growth, and morale of field staff.
The event’s chief guest was the Acting Chief Executive Officer, Mohammad Rafiqul Islam. Special guest Assistant Managing Director, Abu Shahadat Dulal, also attended. All branch managers, unit managers, and field officers from Feni district joined the program. The training was conducted by Mofazzal Hossain Manik, an experienced trainer from the Training and Development Department.
His lively presentation, real-life examples, and inspiring speech created fresh motivation among participants. Speakers at the event said, “Sonali Life is not only providing insurance services but is also committed to ensuring the financial security of every family.”
It is worth noting that out of Sonali Life’s 246 branch offices, 10 are in Feni district, operating successfully and efficiently. Organisers expect that this training program will inspire Feni’s field staff to work more unitedly and professionally.
