Rimjhim Group Managing Director Waliur Rahman received the 25th International Mother Teresa Award in recognition of trust and reliability in the housing sector. He was awarded this award for his special contribution to the real estate world of Bangladesh. Waliur Rahman is the publisher of the national daily Naya Shatra.
On Tuesday night, the Mother Teresa International Award Committee organized an award ceremony to honor distinguished individuals from different countries of the world at the Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in recognition of their contributions in different fields. The award ceremony began after the cultural program.
Indian actress Moonmoon Sen and UAE private investment advisor Yaqub Al Ali presented the award to Waliur Rahman. This year, poet Krishna Murthy for her contribution to music, Nadia Al Sayeed for her contribution to social work, and poet Dr. Shihab Ghanem, Rajpal Yadav in acting, Shri Harshvardhan Niyatiya in business, Tariq Ahmed Nizami, Executive Director of Hollywood Studio International, and Dr. Sarosh Mondal in the medical field were among others honored.
