The Executive Engineer of the Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) in Gopalganj, Md. Ehsanul Haque, has handed over the responsibilities to the new executive engineer, Muhammad Rubaiyat Zaman, due to his transfer.
On Thursday evening (July 23), he officially handed over the responsibilities to the newly joined executive engineer at the conference room of the LGED office organized by the Gopalganj LGED.
At this time, Gopalganj LGED's Senior Assistant Engineer (Civil) Maj. Rakibul Kabir, Gopalganj Sadar Upazila Engineer Ferdous Alam, Kashiani Upazila Engineer Sajal Kumar Dutta, Kotalipara Upazila Engineer Md. Shafiul Azam, Muksudpur Upazila Engineer Mahamudul Hasan, Tungipara Upazila Engineer AKM Asaduzzaman, Deputy Assistant Engineer (CEO) Md. Farukuzzaman Mia, Deputy Assistant Engineer Md. Shahidul Islam Khan, Taposh Kumar Roy, Kaushik Bala and other engineers, officers and employees were present.
It is worth noting that Ehsanul Haque, the recently former Executive Engineer of Gopalganj LGED, joined Gopalganj as Executive Engineer on March 18, 2020. During his 6 years and 4 months in Gopalganj, he was engaged in various developmental activities of the district for the implementation of LGED and earned wide appreciation. It is learnt that he has been transferred to LGED head office due to promotion.
Meanwhile, the transferred Executive Engineer of Gopalganj, Md. Ehsanul Haque, was felicitated by various government and private departments, political figures, various journalist organizations and prominent figures of the society. He expressed his sincere gratitude to all concerned for their cooperation during his service in Gopalganj.
