The 15th International Women's SME Expo Bangladesh-2026 is set to begin in Chattogram on Saturday.
The announcement was made at a press conference presided over by Abida Mostafa, President of the Chattogram Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CWCCI).
The detailed overview of the expo was presented through a written statement read by Luthmela Farid, Chairperson of the Expo Committee and Senior Vice President of CWCCI. Among others present at the press conference were CWCCI Vice President Seema Khatun, Nishat Imran, Executive Director Rehnuma Mariyam and members including Subarna Dey, bebi Hasan, Aklima Akter Akhi, and Chowdhury Jubaira Saki, Rina akhter, Lutfunnesha Halim, Rowshon Jahan, Sabina Kashem, Khaleda Akhter Chowdhury, Sayra Begum, Sitara Rahman, Tania Akhter, Shirin Akhter Shilpi, Joynab Begum, Noor Akhter Jahan, Farida Jaman Minu along with other committee members.
The speakers invited people from all walks of life in Chattogram to visit the expo. They expressed hope that the event would promote local women entrepreneurs by providing them with a platform to showcase their products.
