Rajshahi City Corporation (RCC) Administrator Md. Mahfuzur Rahman Riton paid a courtesy call on Brigadier General Mohammad Mazhar Al Kabir, ndc, afwc, psc, Deputy Commandant of the Bangladesh Infantry Regimental Centre (BIRC) and Station Commander of Rajshahi Cantonment.
The meeting was held in a cordial atmosphere at the Deputy Commandant's office in Rajshahi Cantonment at 10:00 am on Sunday (July 12).
During the meeting, the two sides exchanged greetings and held a brief discussion on issues relating to the overall development of Rajshahi city, improvement of civic services, coordinated initiatives, and various matters of public interest.
Senior military officials of Rajshahi Cantonment were present at the meeting. Also in attendance were Rajshahi City Corporation Chief Executive Officer Md. Rezaul Karim, Acting Superintending Engineer Ahmad Al Moeen Parag, Executive Engineer (Development) Mahmudur Rahman, Executive Engineer (Development) Nilufar Yasmin, and other RCC officials.
At the conclusion of the meeting, both sides expressed optimism about strengthening mutual cooperation and coordination to promote the development of Rajshahi city and advance public welfare initiatives in the future.
