Bangladesh-born Summit Group Chairman Muhammad Aziz Khan has been left out of Forbes’ 2026 list of Singapore’s 50 richest people after appearing on the list for several consecutive years.
Aziz Khan ranked 49th last year with an estimated fortune of $1.1 billion. Although he is absent from the latest list published on September 2, Forbes’ separate billionaire profile still puts his net worth at around $1 billion.
Aziz Khan first appeared on Forbes’ Singapore rich list in 2018 with a fortune of $910 million. He ranked 42nd in 2022, 41st in 2023 and 49th in 2025.
Forbes said the minimum net worth required to enter this year’s top 50 was $1 billion. The rankings were based on share prices, exchange rates and other financial information as of August 14, 2026.
Aziz Khan remains chairman of Summit Group, one of Bangladesh’s major power and infrastructure conglomerates.
