Bangladesh Commerce Bank Training Institute (BCBTI) has successfully completed a four-week Foundation Training Course for 58 Probationary Officers, designed to equip the participants with the knowledge, skills, and professional attitudes required for a successful career in banking. The training programme commenced on 9 August 2026 at the Bank’s Training Institute.
Mr. Md. Ataur Rahman, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bangladesh Commerce Bank Limited (BCBL), attended the concluding session held on 3 September 2026 as the Chief Guest and distributed certificates and gifts among the participants.
Mr. Md. Obaidul Hoque, Managing Director of BCBL, attended the concluding session as the Chairperson and distributed crests among the participants in recognition of their Group Presentation on “Showcasing a Roadmap to Make Bangladesh Commerce Bank Limited (BCBL) One of the Top 10 Banks in Bangladesh within Five Years.”
Mr. Md. Zahirul Alam, Deputy Managing Director; Mr. Shah MD. Junaed Ibne Amin, SVP, Human Resources Division ; Mr. Iskandar Parvez, SVP and Principal, BCBTI were also present at the concluding programme.
The four-week training programme covered various essential aspects of banking, with a focus on developing the participants’ professional knowledge, practical skills, ethical values, and leadership capabilities to prepare them for their future responsibilities as banking professionals.
