Janata Bank's new digital payment platform Janata Pay has been launched. On Sunday, April 12, Janata Bank's Financial Institutions Division Secretary Najma Mobarek officially inaugurated this service of Janata Bank as the chief guest virtually. The inauguration ceremony, chaired by Janata Bank Chairman Muhd ??Fazlur Rahman, was attended by Bangladesh Bank Executive Director Debdulal Roy, Financial Institutions Division Joint Secretary and Chief Innovation Officer Farida Yasmin, and the bank's Managing Director Md. Mujibur Rahman as special guests. Janata Bank's DMDs Kazi Abdur Rahman and Md. Fayez Alam, ICT Division GM Mohammad Anis, along with the General Managers and Deputy General Managers of the head office and virtually all the bank's offices and branch heads were present at the ceremony. It is worth noting that by using Janata Pay, customers can make payments quickly, securely and without hassle through mobile wallets, bank cards and internet banking. Various services and bills can be paid from home.This will save both time and money. The platform will also provide effective solutions for organizations, through which it will be possible to easily collect payments and manage transactions.
