Citizens Bank PLC recently signed an agreement with Reddot Digital Limited, a sister concern of Robi Axiata Limited, at the corporate head office of Reddot Digital Ltd in Tejgaon, Dhaka.
The agreement was signed in the presence of Managing Director of Citizens Bank PLC Alamgir Hossain and Managing Director and CEO of Axentec PLC Md Adil Hossain Noble. On behalf of their respective organisations, Deputy Managing Director of Citizens Bank PLC Md Abdul Latif and Managing Director and CEO of Reddot Digital Limited Hasib Mustabsir formally signed the agreement. Deputy Managing Director of Citizens Bank PLC Md Mostafizur Rahman, General Manager of ICT and Software Solutions Business at Axentec PLC Chowdhury Mohibul Hasan, and senior officials of both organisations were also present on the occasion. Under the agreement, Reddot Digital Limited will implement a modern and integrated Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for Citizens Bank PLC. The platform is designed to streamline key human resources functions, including employee data management, attendance tracking, performance evaluation and automated payroll processing. The initiative reflects Citizens Bank's commitment to digital transformation and its ongoing efforts to improve operational efficiency.
