A total of 126 members of the Bangladesh Ansar and Village Defence Party (Ansar-VDP) have secured employment with PRAN-RFL Group following a special job fair organized by the force at the Regional Technical Training Centre in Dinajpur.
The job fair, held on Saturday, aimed to create skilled human resources and ensure employment opportunities for Ansar-VDP members who had completed motor driving training.
Representatives from PRAN-RFL Group conducted oral interviews and practical driving assessments using the company's own transport vehicles. Following the evaluation, 126 candidates were selected for the positions of Driver and Driver's Helper. The selected candidates are scheduled to officially join the company on July 1, 2026.
Under the employment package, Drivers will receive a monthly salary of Tk 25,000, while Driver's Helpers will receive Tk 17,000. In addition to their salaries, employees will enjoy travel allowances, accommodation facilities, one meal per day provided by the company, annual salary increments, business profit incentives, and performance bonuses.
The job fair brought together trainees from 16 districts under the Rangpur and Rajshahi ranges who had successfully completed motor driving training under the Bangladesh Ansar and Village Defence Party. According to the organizers, the participants' skills, discipline, and professionalism were highly appreciated by the recruiting company, resulting in immediate employment opportunities for a significant number of trainees.
Officials said the initiative reflects the Bangladesh Ansar and Village Defence Party's continued efforts to link technical and vocational training with employment. Under the guidance of the Director General, the force has modernized its technical training programmes to make them more demand-driven and employment-oriented, with a particular focus on enhancing opportunities in both domestic and overseas job markets.
The force believes that by gaining practical work experience, the newly recruited members will further strengthen their professional skills and improve their competitiveness in national and international labour markets, while contributing to the development of a skilled workforce for the country.
