The annual prize distribution ceremony, felicitation of meritorious students, farewell reception of 2025 SSC examinees and unveiling of the school’s annual publication ‘Spandan’ were held in a colorful and festive atmosphere at Kadam Mubarak City Corporation High School in Chittagong city.
Dr. Shahadat Hossain, Honorable Mayor, Chittagong City Corporation, was present as the chief guest at the event. In his speech as the chief guest, he said, “Education is the main force for building a developed nation. To build a modern and prosperous country, students must be enriched with knowledge, morality and human values.”
He also said that Chittagong City Corporation is working tirelessly to improve the quality of education in the city and various initiatives have been taken to ensure a better learning environment for students. He told the students, “You are the future of the country. You have to take the country forward through your talent, hard work and honesty.”
The program was presided over by Mrs. Najma Binte Amin, Senior Assistant Secretary and Education Officer, Chittagong City Corporation. In her presidential address, she emphasized on the students’ disciplined lifestyle and instilling moral values.
The program was attended by respected members of the school management committee, teachers, guardians and a large number of students.
At the beginning of the program, the program began with the recitation of the Holy Quran. Later, the school principal delivered a welcome speech, where he highlighted various aspects of the school’s educational programs and successes.
At the program, awards were distributed among students who achieved outstanding results in different classes. In addition, students who contributed to co-curricular activities were also honored.
An emotional atmosphere was created on the occasion of the farewell of the 2025 SSC examinees. The students were welcomed with flowers and wished them a bright future. The outgoing students recalled the memorable days of the school and expressed their gratitude to the teachers.
Another important part of the program was the unveiling of the school's annual publication 'Spandan'. The publication was unveiled in the presence of the chief guest and the president.
