Apex Club of Bangladesh Vice President Apexian Advocate Masudur Rahman and Apex Club of Bangladesh LG and PNP Apexian Engineer Sheikh Parvez Uddin Ahmed were present as special guests and delivered speeches.

APEX Club of Gopalganj President APEXian Professor Golam Mustafa (GM) said at the event that Afrin, the daughter of GM Abul Hossain, working in Sadar Upazila Parishad, is suffering from a chronic disease and is currently undergoing treatment in neighboring India. A lot of money is needed for her proper treatment. In this regard, he sought cooperation from all APEXians including the District Council Administrator to stand by the helpless family. Responding to his humanitarian appeal, District Council Administrator and BNP leader Bir Muktijoddha Sharif Rafiquzzaman advised him to apply to the District Council and expressed hope of cooperation with the family.
At the end of the discussion meeting, the chief guest of the event, on behalf of the Apex Club of Gopalganj, presented the honorary crest to the Zilla Parishad Administrator, freedom fighter Sharif Rafiquzzaman.
