Police Commissioner Md. Ashiq Sayeed exchanged views on law and order with all senior officers and unit in-charges of BMP. On Sunday, June 7, at 3 pm, a meeting was held at the BMP headquarters conference room with representatives of all departments and branch in-charges of Barisal Metropolitan Police regarding the overall law and order situation. Barisal Metropolitan Police Commissioner Md. Ashiq Sayeed presided over the meeting.
During the meeting, he gave various important directions regarding the overall law and order situation in Barisal metropolis. He also announced zero tolerance on various important issues including drugs, terrorism, gambling, online gambling, anti-social activities, extortion, theft, robbery, traffic management, and various contemporary problems.
Also present at the time were Deputy Police Commissioner (Crime Management) Md. Abdul Hannan, Deputy Police Commissioner (South) Sushant Sarkar, Deputy Police Commissioner (North) Mohammad Imdad Hussain, Deputy Police Commissioner (DB) Palash Kanti Nath and other senior officials.
