Pubali Bank PLC has launched a cashless transaction awareness campaign at its Kalarmarchhara sub-branch in Maheshkhali, Cox’s Bazar, as part of efforts to expand digital payments and promote the “One Country, One QR” initiative.
The inaugural programme was held at the bank’s Kalarmarchhara sub-branch at Darbar Market, with Branch Manager Aminul Ehesan presiding.
The event focused on the benefits and security of cashless transactions and the importance of expanding digital financial inclusion.
Abhijit Bhattacharya, Assistant General Manager of Pubali Bank’s Chattogram South region, attended the programme as the chief guest. SM Baki Billah, owner of Darbar Market and former headteacher of Kalarmarchhara High School, attended as a special guest.
Habib Ullah Noman, manager of Pubali Bank’s Maheshkhali branch, was also present.
