Shanur Rumen, a registered photojournalist of the CBF (Brazilian Football Confederation) and a proud member of the Brazilian Union of Journalists, is going to witness one of the most prestigious moments in world football. (Registration number: 23810). As well as ARFOC-SP registered photojournalist (Registration: P2218).

About 700 professional journalists from around the world will be present at the announcement of the squad of the Brazilian national team organized by the CBF. Not only that, journalists and international media representatives from 13 other countries of the world have been approved to cover this event.

Expatriate Bangladeshi photojournalist Shahnur Rumen has got the opportunity to represent Bangladesh on that auspicious occasion. Shanur Rumen migrated to Brazil from Bishwanath, Sylhet more than a decade ago in search of fortune. There, along with work, he eventually joined photojournalism. He is currently a member of the Brazilian Journalists Association and works with the country's big football clubs and stars as a freelance photojournalist.

Football means madness, and if the center of that madness is Brazil, then the presence of a Bangladeshi there is always a matter of pride. But this time it is not just a presence,
but rather it is an honor and glory.

This is probably the first time for a Bangladeshi to be present as a representative of Bangladesh at such a historic event as the announcement of Brazil's World Cup team. This is not just a personal achievement. This is an achievement for the whole of Bangladesh. It is an emotional responsibility to pronounce the name of Bangladesh on one of the biggest football stages in the world.

When the name of Bangladesh is pronounced standing on one side of the world, it will be a unique feeling of pride, emotion and responsibility for me.
And at that desired moment, Shahnur Rumen, who represents the red and green for Bangladesh, is our new inspiration.

Who surprised the world by handing over the jersey of the Bangladesh national team to Brazilian megastar Neymar on April 18, is expatriate Bangladeshi photojournalist Shahnur Rumen.

Shanur Rumen's initiative is not only a personal success, but has also made Bangladesh's name brighter in the world football arena. The arrival of a Bangladeshi jersey in the hands of a world-famous star like Neymar is a huge achievement for millions of fans. This incident once again proved how football can unite the whole world across borders.

During the conversation, Shanur Rumen said, "This achievement is due to all those who have been silently by my side, prayed for me, encouraged me and believed in me. Without your love, it would never have been possible to come this far.

Please keep everyone in your prayers so that I can always represent Bangladesh with respect in the world. When the opportunity arises to represent Bangladesh standing at one end of the world, it feels as if the red-green flag is also a part of this dream journey with me.

As a Bangladeshi, reaching this place is not just a professional achievement for me! It is a constant effort to move forward while holding the flag of my country in my heart. The reality of life is that I am not only involved in journalism here, but also in small businesses. I believe, if I am not mistaken, that I may be the first Bangladeshi who has had the opportunity to work as a registered photojournalist in Brazil and become a member of the Journalists Union. But I never consider this as the final destination. I may be the first, but I am not the last.

I firmly believe that very soon many more Bangladeshis will come on this path, and with their talent, hard work and dreams, they will make our country's name shine in different parts of the world. And that day will be my greatest achievement. I express my sincere gratitude and love to all those who have been by my side on this long journey, to all those who are here.

He said, Bangladesh is in my heart, and Brazil is the destination of my journey. In the future, I will continue to work for Bangladesh with my utmost! In the dream of further advancing the country's honor, progress and love of the people.
